Applicants must be licensed physicians with a valid medical degree (MD, MBBS, MBChB or equivalent). Preference is given to candidates with background in endocrinology, internal medicine, or family medicine. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is recommended.
The PASID Thyroid Diploma is a 6-month program consisting of 6 comprehensive modules. The program combines online learning (approximately 4 months) with hands-on practical training at one of our regional training hubs (2 weeks intensive).
The program fee varies by cohort and training hub location. Limited scholarships are available for qualified candidates from underserved regions. Please contact our admissions office for current pricing and scholarship opportunities.
Our training hubs are strategically located across the MENA region including Saudi Arabia (Riyadh), UAE (Abu Dhabi), Egypt (Cairo), and Jordan (Amman). You can select your preferred training hub during the application process based on availability.
Upon successful completion of all modules, assessments, and practical training, you will receive the PASID Thyroid Diploma certificate recognized by the Pan Arab Society for Immunodeficiency. This certification demonstrates your specialized competency in thyroid disorders management.
Yes, the program is designed for working professionals. Online modules are self-paced with weekly deadlines. You will need to arrange leave only for the 2-week intensive practical training session at your chosen training hub.
